This Judith has the nerve to try to infringe upon our 1st Amendment Rights!

The attached complaint has been filed against each of you regarding your unlawful use and exploitation of the name of my cousin, Samir Kuntar.

The website samirkuntar.net is being use to abuse, harass, and defame Samir Kuntar and his family. This will no longer be tolerated.

Pursuant to the Anti-Cybersquatting Piracy Act (ACPA) Lanham Act S. 43(d) 15 U.S.C. S.1125(d), Samir Kuntar has full rights to use and control his name. We intend to ensure that no one engages in any further harassment of Mr. Kuntar and/or his family via the unauthorized, unlawful, use of his name on the Internet.
